Hello,

This is Nathan Kohler, son of Ken and Brenda Kohler (daughter of Rachel Good (Speicher). My great -grandmother Speicher was also Telly's great- grandmother. Telly was my grandmother Rachel Good's oldest brother's grandson. Sadly, I had never met Telly. It's really amazing to me that I never did meet him to be honest. My mother let me know she tried sometimes to get me to become acquainted with the Speicher side of my family but I was always busy working and too preoccupied to do so. It really is the hardest lesson. My condolences go to all of his family, grandparents, parents, and children.

In all honesty, I do have questions regarding how this could have happened. I struggled in some somewhat similar regards during my first years in college myself so I have not been a stranger to life's difficulty at times. This was around the time my grandparents Rachel and Leonard Good passed away.

As I can see and hear, Telly was a fantastic and very talented musician on piano, guitar, and drums. He had a way to express emotions in music that you don't typically see still these days, or just in a different way , I suppose. I can only imagine how much farther he could have gone. I wish I could have been there to talk to him. I wish I could have sat him down and chatted with him just to find out about him and what was going on in his life. I 'm deeply sorry that I did not meet him, and share with him what I know about this world. I feel like I failed for not doing as my mother suggested at one point, which was/is to meet more of the extended family in Indiana. Any of you are welcome and encouraged to send me an email at nkohler@gmail.com at anytime to talk about anything. Please, I insist. I am on Facebook, and sent a Friend Request to Mary Speicher.

So I live in Thailand now with my wife, Lin, and two children, Leo (my 6 year old son), and Gow (Lin's daughter from a previous marriage). We have a house out here and her mother stays with us as well. We will likely be moving back to the USA at some point so the kids can be educated there, as the public school system there provides a better education than the one in Thailand does.

Well, I know that Telly would want all of you to live the happiest of lives. We should use this time to reflect deeply on how to stay close to family and why knowing one another is for the good and protection of us all.

Its difficult to express this exactly, but let it be know that Telly is in a peaceful place now. I'm not really sure how to say bye to Telly because I never met him except for online just in the past few days, but his warm personality and good heart will indeed be missed by all. He has an aura about him that says he was a super kind man with lots of love in his heart.

Telly, God speed. We will miss you.

Your 2nd cousin,

Nathan Kohler

So sorry to hear, Roger and family. Such a loss. My son, Nathan Kohler, was born in 1972- so the boys are close in age. Nathan wishes they could’ve known each other, as second cousins. Nathan is living in Thailand n has a Thai wife, and son they named Leonard (Leo). We moved out of Indiana and lost touch of our cousins. Maybe next time I come up, we can visit..thinking of your n your family. What a loss!

Extremely sad my friend that you had to leave this world so soon. I struggle with a lot of the same issues as you did. It eases my mind to know you are with God now and you are set free of everything that held you down here on earth. I bet its beautiful there and I will see you when I arrive. I had the great pleasure of making music with Telly on numerous occasions and was hoping to do it again. What an incredible talent and creative soul gone far too soon. I am in shock. May God comfort you in this time of grieving.

To all that knew Telly, I send my love and gratitude for being in his life

My name is Tzveta and I am originally from Bulgaria ( have lived around the world for the past 25 years) I just moved to Miami when I had a call from Telly via Feb telling me he was following my story about the death of my son Kristian on FB and was deeply moved and would like to meet for a coffee
we meet on Feb 12, 2019, Immediately we recognized our mutual passion for humanity. The topic of life, death and after was often discussed in details. “We never ever gone Tzveta, we are energy and we live forever you can feel him with you right here” Telly will soothe my pain WE have spent 4 months on and off as kinder soul, best friends, looking to express and find the answers to many questions for the meaning of life
And if you wonder what Telly did most of the time on South Beach? I can tell you I was a witness Touching hearts bringing smiles Sharing his light and heart Loving deeply ... out of this world

Knowing Telly added tremendously to my life and I will always carry these precious moments in my heart we share together

Telly
You are Such a remarkable human being. I am deeply honored to have met you and being touch by your incredible light, voice, music, unconditional love and compassion for all. Short yet powerful intense bright light has made its way through you. May we all open our hearts and feel your unconditional love. May our pain be transformed into deep gratitude for your existence. Always forever living in our hearts is where we shall find you Telly, with your Lion-heart you live. Eternal love that has no boundaries of space and time
May you rest in your eternal Joy

Merry, Roger thank you for bringing up such a fine man to this world He thought the world of you.
Kealy, Blayze we talked so much about you
To you Kealy, he was so proud of you and his love was beyond I watched him watch you singing as he was crying that he is not there for you
Blayze all he wanted is to be a role model in his own way His love for you was very special
My heart is with you all in this most powerful moment

Roger and family,
I am so sorry to learn of your son's death. I normally check to see if any of my Class of 66 from Lakeland had died as I have moved to California to be closer to my son. I saw this and learned of Telly death. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Blessings
