Elvin Williams

Elvin Williams, age 62, of LaGrange, IN passed away on Monday April 22, 2019 at his home.  He was born on November 5, 1956 in Ary, KY to Jerry & Ola Faye (Napier) Williams.  Elvin had previously worked at Conrail as an Engineer.  He is survived by 1 daughter – Melissa Budowski of Angola, IN.  1 brother – Ronnie Williams of Spencer, OH.  4 Sisters – Florence Benton of West Liberty, OH, Jackie Smith of Salem, OH, Geraldine “Geri” Canfield of Spencer, OH and Carrie Burleson of Aberdeen, MS.  Partner – Diane Cogar of Sullivan, OH.  3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.  According to his wishes cremation will take place.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  On-line condolences may be sent at www.carneyrostuneralhome.com.  Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, IN is handling the arrangements.
