Elvin Williams, age 62, of LaGrange, IN passed away on Monday April 22, 2019 at his home. He was born on November 5, 1956 in Ary, KY to Jerry & Ola Faye (Napier) Williams. Elvin had previously worked at Conrail as an Engineer. He is survived by 1 daughter – Melissa Budowski of Angola, IN. 1 brother – Ronnie Williams of Spencer, OH. 4 Sisters – Florence Benton of West Liberty, OH, Jackie Smith of Salem, OH, Geraldine “Geri” Canfield of Spencer, OH and Carrie Burleson of Aberdeen, MS. Partner – Diane Cogar of Sullivan, OH. 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. According to his wishes cremation will take place.
