Theodore N Hudson

Theodore N. Hudson, age 66, of Sturgis, MI passed away on Monday October 28. 2019 at Thurston Wood Villages in Sturgis, MI.  He was born on May 30, 1953 in Sturgis, MI to Harold E. & Goldie R. (Rowen) Hudson.  He married Debbie L. Shumway on April 9, 1974 in Centerville, MI.  She survives.  Ted had previously work as a truck driver at Pigeon River Materials, Bogen Concrete and most currently Morris Excavation.  He was a die hard Michigan fan.  He had previously coached “Rocket” football and enjoyed panning for gold, steelhead catfishingand hunting.  He is survived by; his wife, 2 sons – Ted Hudson II of Sturgis, MI and James Hudson of Sturgis, MI.  1 brother – Tom Moore of Syracuse, IN.  8 grandchildren.  Several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 daughters – Cherri Hudson and Becca Hudson.  1 brother – Tim Moore.  1 sister – Brenda Hoke.  According to his wishes cremation will take place.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorials for Mr. Hudson may be made to the family in C/O Carney Frost Funeral Home.  On-line condolences may be sent at www.carneyfrostfuneralhome.com.  Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, IN is handling the arrangements.
