Tonya Nicole (Yoder) Yoder

Tonya Nicole Yoder, age 29, of Shipshewana, IN passed away on Wednesday December 18, 2019 in a car accident.  She was born on September 18, 1990 in Elkhart, IN to Perry Jay Yoder & Robin (Stephens) Yoder.  She was a graduate of Westview High School and continued to Pursue her Certified Nursing Assistant License.  She worked at Life Care Center of LaGrange for 3 years and had most recently been employed as an RHM at Alternative Lifestyles in LaGrange, IN.  She loved Facebook, mountain dew and was such an outgoing and uplifting person with a big heart.   She was a great cook and an awesome mom to her 2 sons.  She is survived by her parents Perry & Vickie Yoder of Shipshewana and Robin Stephens Yoder of Angola, IN.  2 sons – Bryce M. Hostettler and Joel A.D-R. Yoder at home.  2 brothers – Ryan & Julie Yoder of Middlebury and PJ & Morgan Yoder of Auburn, IN.   3 sisters – Rachel Caldwell of Shipshewana, IN.  Karla Yoder & Brennan Cochran of Fort Wayne, IN and Kyleigh N. Yoder of Shipshewana, IN.  Paternal Grandparents – John & Katie Yoder of LaGrange, IN.  Maternal Grandmother – Mary Stephens of Goshen, IN.  Fiancé – Seth Carter.  2 nieces and 1 nephew.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandpa – Charles Stephens, 2 uncles Roger Stephens and Ronald Stephens.  Best Friend -Brandon Hurley.  Visitation will be held on Saturday December 21, 2019 at the Eden Worship Center, 4095 S 900 W, Topeka, IN  46571 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.   The funeral service will be held on Sunday December 22, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the church.   Burial will be held at a later date.  On-line condolences may be sent at www.carneyfrostfuneralhome.com.  Memorials may be given to Tonya’s Sons – Bryce Hostetler and Joel Yoder.  A trust fund is in the process of being set up.  Carny-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, IN is handling the arrangements.
